If I stripped away all the negative beliefs I learned as a child I would not judge myself unworthy of love and of effort. I despise myself by not caring to care for myself because of the negative believe of having a 2$ value in my heart; this is why I don't sacrifice for my well being and why I still need to will to will to will doing good. *Not caring to build up myself is a problem I have had for at least three decades. I.e. my whole life after 4 If I loved myself and was not ruled by attachment and *in my case* a lack of concern to take responsibility for my own life. There is no telling how great life would become. Thank you, you actually want to help people in the real with reality.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you from the bottom of my heart, I've just broken up from my partner of 20yrs, I'm going to lose my job in a few months, I've been lost for months. After watching your videos on positive thinking & change I can honestly say u bought me to tears the way u clarify thoughts & actions that we all have makes sense to me. I'm going to see life thru a different lense make the changes I need to make, see all of what's happening to me as an opportunity ditch the past live in the present & instead of fearing the future & what it may bring I'm going to Imbrace it. Hello I just got on this self healing journey and I’m a Muslim and what I’m learning is a lot of these so called secrets to success are already built inside Islam. Example it blew my mind when he said the word whisper who is whispering these negative things to you and Muslims believe shaytaan whispers negative things to humans and we have to seek refuge from him with Allah.When he talked about a detachment ritual that makes you clear your mind I thought about Salah. And when the Athan is called it says come to your success 🤯this is really interesting to me and I just had to share! Peace.
