I was raised by parents of immigrants. Their MO was fear and not making waves...in any situation. This mindset led to lives overrun by fear, lack of self and rarely succeeding. I have struggled throughout my entire life to overcome this pattern - self-help books and audio tapes, videos - but your messages have opened a window for me. Their clarity and succinct advice have helped me to better see the course of action needed as well as the "simplicity" of the consequent solutions. THANK YOU for sharing this knowledge so freely.

No words can describe how grateful I am for you and this video. I am going through an extremely difficult situation right now. I was in bed having trouble breathing, feeling completely overwhelmed. I listened to many videos in the hope that I would be able to relax. Nothing helped. Then this video luckily came my way. I was finally able to calm down somewhat. It will be work to actualize these words of wisdom as the flow of pain and negativity are strong. But I will try… Thank you so much

This message is so on time in my current situation. I thank you. You are so right, what you resist will persist since I have not understand the lesson; but what you befriend you transcend since I have accepting with humility and gratitude the challenge in hand. I truly resonate with what you said "The more you resists, it persists." and this is definitely true, the more we avoid the problem, the more its potential to be bigger and even harder to solve or delve into.

Thank you. I just spent the entire morning trying to emotionally prepare for a boss who likes to shout at me like a drill sergeant and threaten me, in front of customers. She was officially toxic (according to various signs) before I finally figured out this also has to do with her now-boyfriend having asked me out on a date before they got together. I declined, but now it's predictable that she will belittle, shout at and threaten me in front of him and other customers when I haven't done anything wrong. I give 100% at work. If he shows up and compliments my hair, she shows up and is venomous. I am planning a move halfway across the country now, but I won't give notice until I'm ready. I was dreading today's shift alone with her. I'm glad I found your video.

Begin to see the problem or situation as a challenge not a threat! It is a call to action and you have the means to meet it. Practice acceptance. The more you resist the situation the more you will feel the threat. What causes non acceptance…the belief that this is not as it should be. That causes the friction. When you accept life as it unfolds you will experience the joy in it. What you practice you become. This allows you to evoke. The size of you in relation to the problem is the real,problem, not the problem itself. Champions break through high pressure situations by facing it instead of avoiding it. Continue to grow yourself according to these three steps. Don’t sweat the small stuff and remember its all small stuff.
@Annabird773 жыл бұрын
It helps me to think of enlarging before a challenge and not shrinking back or letting it make me smaller than the challenge. Your advice here confirms that and is very sound.

I think this is the reason why I have struggled with anxious and depressed feelings so often when I was younger. I took religion so seriously and thought that I was supposed to attain perfect character and morality in my life. It is so hard to break free from those ideas of living perfectly as I was taught in church.
