After looking at this yet again, look at the seating: to Logan's immediate right --- Tom; to his immediate left--- Shiv and Gerri; a few seats down from Tom --- Roman; via video ---- Frank and Karl. The end game of those in the room: Tom, Shiv (wife) and Gerri survive the acquisition in some form. Frank, Karl, Roman are out. Kerry, probably dismissed. Logan, deceased.

what I've noticed in every meeting that shiv's been in is that, shiv never adds anything different or unique to the conversation, she's always repeating the most obvious statements that could be said, and she says it with such so much confidence that you almost won't notice it, which makes it easy for her to keep her presence in a meeting without suffering risk. But once you notice it, you can immediately see how incompetent she is. I think the best example of this was the meeting at the panic room when the deal with Rhea began, I couldn't help but cringe at the pathetic and uninteresting arguments she was throwing out, same applies for the president picking part. Roman and Kendall atleast does bring some genuinely new ideas to the conversation at times, regardless whether htey're bad or good.
