Salve .... il mio aeonium ha le rosette intorno ma non si staccano nel senso che i rametti stanno sempre lì e non crescono.... perché ? La pianta sta al sole .. grazie

Are they planted in the pots or in the ground. If in the pots maybe they need a fresh potting mix or check out the stems if they are dried out and needs to be trimmed and repotted in a bigger and wider pots for more room to grow

Aphids and mealy bugs are really attractive with Aeonium. I spray mine with pesticides and remove dead leaves.
