Thank you so much for your videos. Your lectures are even more useful than face-to-face lessons. Your recommendation of textbooks is also very helpful. I'd like to express my gratitude to you from the Far East.

The more I watch your videos, the more I find them good and helpful. I particularly like your listing of exercises and etudes and wish you could do that for all main techniques on the violin, if this is not asking too much. Thank you Inna for your good work. On double stops, I was working on Spohr concerto #2, the 2nd movement, when Nathan Cole gave us the assignment on this movement in the Violympics Games. Subsequently, I found in IMSLP the exercises on this concerto by Sevcik. I found them quite useful and I am using them as a model to work on double stops and double stops trills. But Spohr #2 still remains a work-in-progress for me. LOL🤪😱

This video is very helpful, for me, it is tricky to control the bouncyness of the bow, sometimes it sounds unintentional, like a bow shake lol

That was helpful. I'm an intermediate player but double stops, especially two left hand fingered double stops I find very difficult. Everyone has to start somewhere and I think I tried playing things that were too difficult for me in the first place. I think I'll try Cassia Harvey's book and go from there. I do have one question, well more than one but I'll just put one here - When playing a four not chord where the bottom two string are open and the top two are stopped do I leave the bottom two strings, once played, and concentrate on the two stopped notes (chord). It would seem obviously yes but I just want to be sure. Thank you for your time, Inna.

Thank you for watching and your comment. The short answer to your question is yes. I imagine you're practicing a G major or G minor chord, in which the ear will typically perceive the top note as part of the melody, in most contexts.

On which grade will i encounter these exercises 👍👍

I really wish I had an answer to this...! A lot of violin technique isn't divided "by grades" in my opinion... These exercises can be practiced at any time when the player is ready. If you're not sure, your teacher can give best advice... sorry I can't be of help this time.
