I used to work at a Grocery Store and one time a Cashier called me to return an unpurchased Beef slab back to its department. It's about a guy who found love on a game, found out the harsh realities of girl avatars online, then somehow managed to find one without even trying and goes to the same school to boot. The cut of beef was a short-rib (still on the bone), not to be confused with the traditional beef rib you might see at a Texas BBQ. The short-rib is a very fatty but chewy cut of meat and is generally cooked low and slow, ultimately resulting in the rendering of a lot of fat and all the juices you see flowing out of it.
