Niki, those dumbbells are adjustable weight dumbbells. Kind of an all-in-one for people who don’t have the room or money for a full rack of dumbbells. Not sure of the brand, but they look like the PowerBlock dumbbells.

13:36 - It's a *LOT* harder for a males to contract a UTI than females. The greater urinary tract length makes it more difficult for potential infectious agents to reach the bladder. Though, the risk would go up/down depending on the container housing the pasta. If the pasta is tightly packed and the aperture doesn't allow for overflow, the food could easily be forced in pretty far. However, if there's space to be forced out of the way and encircle the shaft, most of it would likely take the path of least resistance and do so.

Just an adjustable weight dumbbell. It has a mechanism that allows you select how many little plates it holds so you can make it weight like 5 lbs on one setting or it can also hold 20lbs on another setting. So you don't need a whole rack of 30 different dumbbells and now you just have 1 little rack with 1 dumbbell.

@@pinkluver7715 It works with individual plates. Think of a stack of like 5 dinner plates for example. And think of your hand as a giant claw. If you wanted to have your dumbbell weigh 1 lb you would use your claw to pick up 1 single plate from the stack. And if you wanted your dumbbell to weigh 5 lbs then you would pick up all 5 plates. The dumbbell itself is the claw mechanism and it has a little dial on it you click to which setting of weight you want. So when you change the dial the mechanism moves from picking up 1 plate at once to two plates at once to 3 plates at once etc. It's hard to explain without making it seem more complicated than it is but you can go lookup "how do adjustable dumbbells work" and you can see people showing you how the various different designs work in action.
