Thank you for this vital information. My heathy and very loving nephew died last week on Monday at a tender age of 36. The postmortem showed he died of a cardiac arrest so it got me searching to know more about it. I also learnt that when he collapsed, it took about 45 minutes to get him to hospital - no medical support including CPR was given during this time. So ignorance likely contributed to his death. I now want to create awareness in my wider family.

15 days back my 53 year old brother died due to sudden cardiac arrest though he was given cpr within 15 mins and rushed to hospital in ambulance in 20 mins. But yes family gets panicking seeing a healthy person collapsing in a min and gasping for breathe and then pass out …. Its horrible thing to see
