In a calm afternoon when everything seemed to be normal, suddenly a storm came. The rain, which was limited to a few small drops, quickly turned into a torrent of water that left no time for preparation. The tents, which are the only shelter in this endless desert, did little against the onslaught of this merciless rain. The drops were incessantly pouring down the flimsy roofs, and all the articles of life, from mats to simple provisions, were getting wet.
In the meantime, the main concern was not only ourselves, but the livestock, which are our capital and the only source of livelihood.
