The movie delves into the protagonist’s evolution, his ideologies, and the conflicts that arise from them. That complexity might feel overwhelming, but I think it mirrors real-life struggles with such profound ideas. I believe the director wanted to show how ideologies evolve and how they’re often misunderstood. The apparent ‘confusion’ in the storytelling might actually reflect the protagonist’s internal and external conflicts. For me, those layers added depth, showing how the protagonist’s journey was anything but straightforward. What stood out to me was how the movie didn’t spoon-feed answers but left room for interpretation, just like the real-world struggles it portrays.

Thanks for being honest.The movie did touch me in parts but it didn’t flow properly and major problem is with the edit which throws us every time we get engrossed with emotions. Pre climax was stretched and due to which catharsis didn’t happened. The fan in me is looking upto to his next film..❤

This movie is about rebels. This is a very sensitive movie as the director is walking in a tight rope. He wants to make people remember leaders like perumal but not to go in their path. Why Charlie Chaplin decided to have a complete monologue in the movie The last dictator is it because he is less creative? Few things has to be conveyed through dialogues only. Please tell me how many movies in last 20 years talk about communist philosophy? Is it interesting No. Should we support it because its noble absolutely no. Should everyone like it. No but should we treat like a normal movie and approach it with cinematic nuanases..thats a No too.

Its a very preachy movie with a very week script. Not able to understand why reviewers are mild in their criticism when it comes to reviewing their favorite director's movie. As a reviewer one should take same approach to review all movies. A reviewer shouldn't be biased.

Ennana full movie me kumaresan voice overlaye kondupoirkalam. I felt VJS character ella edathulayum convincing ah illa he acted very well but sila portions lam usual voice modulation ah body language perusa work aagala. Example ken vara first portionlaye perusa conect aagala but ken did great innum vjs connect aagirundha innum emotional ah work aagirkum ipadi sila scenelam average ah irundhuchi . Vjs side la sila characters thavira ellame immature acting ah irundhuchu. Overall ah ok dhan but usual vetrimaran miss pandrom
