Thank you! This is by far the most enjoyable Sudoku that I’ve ever solved. I’ve done 100’s over the years, but nothing like this. Interesting rule set. I clearly missed some early logic, but I got it in the end. I am a “Cracking the Cryptic” loyal viewer, but subscribed today to your channel after this great puzzle. Again, thank you!

That was cool. I've never done anti-quads before. I love how well they worked with the quads.

At one point, I realized that the 2468 anti-quads required four of the five odd digits. With one of them, the 123 quad only had one cell next to the anti-quad, so that cell was 13, the other of 13 was away from the anti-quad, and 579 were in the other anti-quad cells. With the 1359 anti-quads, they had to have four of the even digits and 7. 7:40 Where do 569 go in block 4? Then where must 7 go? 9:40 In block 1, one of the 2 and 7 must go on the anti-quad. The other is away from the anti-quad. That leaves 468 for the rest of the anti-quad.

There must be two sets of 2468 in rows 7 and 8. One set goes in box 7. The other set must go in columns 6 and 7. Similarly with 1359 in rows 2 and 3, which must go in box 3 and columns 1 and 4.

...and since that's 4 digits that have only 4 cells they can go in those rows, each of those 4 cells MUST hold one of the otherwise-excluded digits. Nice.

I think quads are my favorite constraint. Anti-quad felt really nice to do along with regular quads.

if you look at rows 7 and 8 the even digits are hard to place. So even / odd coloring might have made this a bit easier to solve. Well done overall
