When you figure out you have a 13 pair in row 1 and 3 of column 2, you have the key move allowing for a quick solution of the puzzle, and it is your favoured tool, the UR. Indeed, placing a 3 in r8c8 would force a 13 pair in rows 1 and 3 of col 9, a UR. Hence the 3 in r9c9 and the rest follows without much difficulty.
