This didnt need the anti king constraint at all .. bcos i solved it without noticing that rule at all :)... But the bix 5 logic was amazing. Every time I looked at options for Rgn Sum Lines, there was only one option - amazing setting and disambiguation!!

I did remember the anti-king constraint, but I never needed to use the bottom region sum line nor half the middle line.

Everyone is talking about how you don't need the anti king constraint, but if you do use it, you can disregard the region sum lines instead! Good puzzle, just not very common for so many clues to be optional.

8:20 this one was very straightfoward for me, pencilmarked the thermos and solve 2 lines. The lines at boxes 1/4 and 8/9 filled alone and I didn't remembered the King's move constraint... haha Thanks! 😀

Another fun one from this series! Thermos are always a crap-shoot for me, but in this case things went very smoothly, finishing in just 6:47 (conflict checker off)! Many thanks to Stine for the lovely puzzle and to BremSter for presenting it! Edit: Oh... very, very strange... I don't think I used the anti-king restraint at all in my solve! At least, I can't recall explicitly using it. Now I wonder if it's solvable without it?

The puzzle is unique without anti-king but testing revealed that the anti-king constraint made the solve much more pleasant and the constructor decided to keep it in :)

13:31 solve for me, I was able to solve it without utilizing a few clues at all really, though - namely the central region sum line, I got all 4 sides of it worked out with just classic sudoku, same with the bottom region sum line. Mostly worked on the thermometers and that led to much of box 2 being quite restricted and that made the rest of the grid fill in

6::30 on todays little puzzle. Never used the sum-line in box1-4 at all, only used the "circle" line once (for the relation ship between the cells r6c3 & r3c6, one is 1 more than the other) rest of the line solved itself. edit: and as someone else wrote, never used the anit-king restraint either.

Not too easy, not too difficult. I never had to use the King's-move constraint. Correction: I used the constraint three times in block 2, although I think I didn't need the constraint in two of those cases.
