These two women are multi time world champion gold medalists. And some of y’all are pathetic little haters 😂

They are both overrated. Women cant compete with men, their sports sucks. What is Meghan legacy? Other than crying for equal pay even though both sports don't even crack a billion in revenue ? im waiting

Sorry, but it’s starting to feel like Sue and Megan are trying to capitalize on the growth of women’s sports by claiming it was because of them. I appreciate their advocacy, but let’s be real. NIL, social media (exposure) and fresh talent has moved the needle for women’s sports.

I always laugh when I hear about these WNBA players who ‘built the league’ or ‘laid the groundwork’ but don’t mention that they built a crappy inept league that was never ready for primetime.

All the haters in this comment section obviously didn't watch the WNBA from its very fragile beginnings or live through the years when the USWNT didn't even come close to sniffing a World Cup. If you don't know--if you weren't paying attention--then OF COURSE you don't think these women left a legacy or "moved the needle." Women's sports--sports in general--wouldn't be where it is without these "2 old retired players" and the other players who started the greatness right along with them. Educate yourself before you come in here with your idiocy and disrespect.

We are doing exactly what George Washington advised us not to do. " A nation that indulges in a habituel fondness toward another is in some degree a slave." Now we see the results. We're following a genocidal nation down a rathole toward the desolution of our pristine reputation as a righteous and desired nation of purity and freedom. We can stop the descent, but the damage has been done. We deserve what we get. We can't get back what we've lost.

😆 America is not a nation of purity. This isn't some utopia. It's a nation founded on liberal ideals. Freedom, liberty and the right to make your own decisions.

WHY was Kristen Welker too afraid to ask successful female athletes if they would share a lockerroom or their sports with Biological MEN?

1. There's actually more going on with women's sports than that issue. It's just the only issue that people like you care about, because you're interested in transphobia, and not genuinely interested in women's sports. 2. You wouldn't like their answer. They are both supporters of trans women being part of women's sports.

Not really. The players in the game currently are growing the game. 2 old retired players don't grow the game. No one's legacy ever grew any game.

bs...Mia Hamm is the one who grew the game with Michelle Akers-Stall. they were warriors who played and trained with men. That is why Nomar Garciaparra married Mia Hamm. now they have superhero children. that is growing the game. these gals are cashing in a little

70 likes in 24 hours… yeah Megan everyone is really catching on!!! 😂. These women are devils. Not encouraging the next generation of women to be great mothers is encouraging the downfall of America, if you don’t have kids you don’t have anything…

I know you don't really care about this, and are just seeking to trash them. But they aren't discouraging parenthood. In fact, there's a series on youtube of Sue doing an egg retrieval during her career so she can be a mother later if she wishes. And she was a leader of the players' union when they negotiated a provision for all WNBA players to be able to do egg retrieval to address the challenges of becoming mothers while playing.
