oh math gawwd!! I thought I had to will aug 12.. come to me opening KZbin and immediately screaming jumping up & down, clicking play to where my girlfriend thought something had happened lol. we absolutely loved and enjoyed this episode/pod, I have so many tabs opened, googling any players or terms mentioned to continue my journey and knowledge of basketball. it is so exciting and interesting, thanks to my gf history of playing throughout her life it has grown on me! Sue! Thank you for mentioning the ABL! The Seattle Reign basketball team was my team. The ABL was a players league. I wish somebody would do a documentary about the ABL. I believe the ABL had the best players at the time with a few exceptions. The WNBA had the players who were the most marketable and the NBA on their side.

Regarding Canadian team, I think John Herdman is the bad influence. I used to follow Canada WNT but had to stop because everything became so toxic after Herdman came in. I always say he brings out the worst in people no matter how nice they are, from some of the players to the fan base atmosphere in general, and most likely staff too. I'm feeling so bad for the current team's players cuz they really don't deserve this.
