He’s not telling the total truth. First of all if you’re a senior. Social security and retirement incomes like pensions are exempt from collections. Period. You are essentially judgement proof. He makes his living off of people getting sued so it’s not in his best interest to tell you that

It’s called the statute of limitations has expired. They can’t do shit to you or even sue you. Yes they can try to, but not only will they lose that case but you can sue them for violating the FDCPA.

They take it off then a few months I see it back on. I claimed hardship also first I made them validate the debit but before you do that you must take steps to find out which credit report they report to. There are several.
