From annoying attention seeker to brilliant observer, writer and performer, that is Brett in a nutshell. He rocks more on stage than people half his age. Saw Suede last week: brilliant.

WOW! Cosa chiedere di più? Suede che si esibiscono, Brett meraviglioso che parla con la sua voce sussurrante, Gary Oldman che recita in tv e un poster di David Bowie... tutto meraviglioso! Grazie per la condivisione.

Actually one of the best rockumentaries I have seen in a long time. They are all so brutally honest and direct.

Have to say that if I came across a video of a band I didn't like, I would just not watch it. Don't understand the point of coming to places like this and slagging things off. There are loads of things I can't stand, I'd rather leave them to the people who do enjoy them than start ranting.

There is no arguing that their eponymous debut album is a classic. And as far as them having started Britpop.....no no no no, "Suede" (the album) has nothing in common with the tsunami of cack that would follow:. Suede were an outsider band in the best long-gone British tradition, a band of misfits loved by misfits and square pegs completely at odds with the chav-inclusive beery sing-along , arms-around-shoulders warm vomit hawked by the likes of Oasis.....
@desertfenton Жыл бұрын
They absolutely were the first band labeled Britpop - and they hate that now - mostly because of what you describe.
