Wow this puts things into such historical perspective. Brett did a lot of drugs. Later Bernard was blamed by Oakes. But if you look at the period you can see that Brett is on a decline performance wise. I just didn't notice back then cos they came from the top

Yeah apparently Brett did a fuck ton of acid recording Dog Man Star, and for Head Music he was addicted to crack. Real shame, his vocal performances just decline throughout the 90's

Olly Jenks Brett was in a shit mood all gig and giving Bernard daggers. It was tense but made a good gig for us.
