How to paint a Dot Mandala on a 8 x 8 inch canvas - 321 - Sue Sloan

I used DecoArt multi surface paint called Black Tie. I just used a brush it dries nicely. I always list paints used in video description. 😀

That’s the exact one I use it’s nothing special if you swipe over you will see the blue like I got. I bought it a few years ago for a dollar at Walmart. It’s not fantastic but doesn’t slip as much as the metal ones I had before.
