Quisiera decorar unas velas gruesas de cera con puntillismo. ¿Qué pinturas debo usar? ¿Hay que preparar la superficie de alguna forma? El primer paso es aplicar una pequeña cantidad de alcohol isopropílico en un paño que no suelte pelusa. Luego, debe limpiar los lados de la vela lo mejor que pueda con alcohol isopropílico para eliminar los aceites que se han quedado atrapados en la superficie. También deberá hacer esto para eliminar un poco el brillo de la superficie. Este proceso es necesario y facilitará que la pintura se adhiera a la cera. Hi Michelle, I always use Krylon matte finish spray. (Two coats). I have some I made three years ago and they are still like new. I do tell people to not put them where there is extreme heat or cold.
