I really enjoy this Arabic vibe that Sahara exudes. Floor is so playful with her moves and voice, to go with the melody.. This is another one of my many favorites. Wolfman, yup, Nightwish is perfect, thus, making them everyone's favorite band of all time. Love this reaction and love you two Skunk-Puppets. 😉😊😉 Have the best weekend ever.

Your videos are just so great, I wouldn't call them reaction videos, but just having fun together videos with music. You two are so great. This song has a wonderful Arabic vibe to it, if you want to hear more i highly suggest Moondance, with kind of east asian vibe to it, a song Emppu didn't like and told Tuomas not to include on the album.

I’ll try to help instrument wise. Tuomas plays Korg ( Kronos, Karma and N364), Emppu plays ESP and has his own signature guitars from them ( EV1, EV2 AND EV3), Marko plays Warwick basses ( usually the Buzzard and the Vampire), Kai plays a Pearl custom masterworks kitt with Meinl symbols.

Tuomas plays Korg. Marko Warwick. Emppu ESP , and Kai Pearl drums (Jukka played Tama). The only models I know are Emppu's purple is an EV-1 custom, and Marko's include Buzzard and Vampire. The song is on the Dark Passion Play album (2007), the first with Anette.

And the EV-1 is based on the ESP Horizon model, but customed to fit his preference (My Standard Series Horizon has a tone knob which Emppu had removed, no middle pickup, a different pickup selector...)

Agreeing with you wolfman about them being a perfect band because I've been watching other symphonic/metal bands and while I enjoy them I think they're just missing something, be it keyboards, extra guitar, singer's range, etc:) Thank you for your sense of humour with suesue:) All the best again.

It's been my experience that the smaller the venue, the more relaxed the band. Floor's size really shows here. Not just her height. Without the usual leather top, you can see how her diaphram works. Reminds me of Led Zepplin's "Kashmir".

Some of Troy's instruments are made in the UK by Fyldes Guitars. Certainly his acoustic guitar and bouzouki. On this one he is playing guitar with E-bow.

Multi languagues, lovely and inclusive, I think Wolfman had better pronunciation! Tampa Florida, not Tampere :) But you knew that. How many "LP Clocks" do you have? Is that "Ghost in the machine"? Middle Eastern flavor, "1, 001 nights of sin" (Err, unseen) Scherazade, Arabian Nights? Mixed with Pharaohs wrath. Warwick bass, yes, fretless, does that mean you have to be super accurate? But not "pull off ping"? The gear documentary is super cool, behind the scenes, those guys, Crewish, have been with them for years. Wolfmans claim to fame, the Korg keyboard, as played by Tuomas! Brilliant as always. Floor is so descriptive in her movements! (As always). Particularly her hands of course. Love to see Tuomas smiling. And almost hidden Marco vocals are superb. Marco is exclusively Warwick. The Beast is Warwick/Framus - Framus is the same company. RE: Recording methods. Some people put Floor on this impossible pedestal without understanding how a recording/mixing process works. Next people will claim she will produce the reverb, echo, EQ'ing, levelling. compression and overdubbing with her vocal chords... live.

To me following this insane Floor obsession is part of the show nowadays 😀 Sometimes there are part of the songs when she has very little role in it, Tuomas and Emppu plays some beautiful melodies together, rhythm guys and orchestral section gives nice boost and all of sudden reactor pauses and start gasping something about Floor. Of course nothing wrong with that, but just very interesting. (Please, no one needs to be upset about this what i say. My all-time favourite singer but all these Valkyrie etc. descriptions goes too over the top in my mind)

Hey y'all! Caught both uploads today... not offended, Wolf but I do believe Floor was 100% live singing Aloine, in, if not her own, someone's home studio. I know it seems impossible, but she's just that good! I too, am a Heart fan from the 70s...but exposed to the 80s stuff, and with that voice...I don't mind it! Sue, REO Speedwagon is an.excellent choice! I think we are about the same age, so I love me some classic rock! I rock out in the car...my go to, when rolling with my mom, is The Eagles, Hotel California...we get a riteous harmony going! Of course, lots of Rammstein...but for me, I love 2, more obscure bands for car sing alongs...The Plimsouls, and The Baby's with John Waite and Johnathan Cain (from Journey. Him and little bro, Mugs, are personal friends of my mom and I). I think Floor was pregnant when they played that Tampa show...did you notice her shirt? I love the vibe of that song. Marko exclusively plays Warwick guitars and basses. He's classically trained...a true master of his art! Emppu plays an ESP EV1, custom. Tuomas plays Korg...and tho I'm a drum nerd, I don't know what Kai uses, but I've seen him do promos for...shit, I'm guessing cuz I can't remember...maybe Tama? Hopefully someone knows. Took the kittens for 1ST shots, dewormed and microchipped today. Booster in 3 weeks. Then neuters. I'm furiously working to find adopters. They aren't tiny babies anymore, but bonus is they are fully socialized and so so loving!! Pray for me!

Amy Kai is a Pearl drummer, I love the sound of a Pearl kit. When Floor was recording these covers she and Hannes were on a learning curve with their cameras and microphones. Most certainly mixed from many takes but it is all her.

I hate to contradict you, but Floor was not pregnant at the Tampa show. Floor announced she was four months pregnant in the middle of September 2016. Her daughter Freja was born in March 2017. The arithmetic is clear.
