Thank you for the video. Very clean organized facility. I disagree with your reasoning on why they do not make their own parts. Small companies may or may not make own parts, but when get busier it is cheaper/less labor to outsource the parts to companies that are solely set up for this purpose.

This is off topic but I just listened to your DEMA sidemount podcast and the new SM system sounds really interesting but it was hard to build a visual in my head of how it differs from the Z rig. Is there a picture somewhere showing this new system? I've always struggled to reconcile the DIR primary donate philosophy with the traditional SM configuration so I'm highly intrigued by this.
