Suffolk Walks: The Ancient City of Dunwich

Cool....brought back memories of a school trip to Dunwich, we actually camped there..i remember lying awake for half the night hoping to hear the tolling of bells in the sea....the highlight/ scary moment for me was seeing a huge Coypu running through the campsite.

Dunwich and Westleton heaths are one of my favourite areas in Suffolk. Thanks for sharing this walk as it's one I want to do and more do now... it looks beautiful. Enjoyed it, Jenny 😊

Really enjoyed that thank you, we were there last summer and it brought back lovely memories. I know it`s a different part of the world but your walk across the heath reminded me of Thomas Hardy`s The Return of the Native...good stuff !
