Any sheikh that contradicts the sharia, run. Any sheikh that encourages people to become his Murid, run. Any sheikh that doesn't know the sharia, run. If you don't know the sharia, how can you depend on him to be constricted by the sharia? Any sheikh that doesn't like questions and prefers blind sheep, run.

good talk. glad i watched it...i hear the hadith "whoever does not have a sheikh shaytan is his shiekh" all the time. this is the second time uv helped me. first time in your house when my friend was discussing "quranists" with you and now here. everyone i know has given bayah to some spiritual guide. in this day and age i dont think i will but was kind of getting pushed into it because of that hadith. may allah bless you sheikh asrar and grant you jannah. ameen.
