Travel : 2400 (to and fro, exam center is in state's capital) + 600-800(hotel to center, to and fro no bus only cab). 3. Hotel : 900 (reach the capital 2-3 days prior, no gurantee of connectivity) 4. Food : 2000. Roughly Rs. 6500 approx. You decide, IS IT FAIR?
