Recipe and preparation:
2 bananas.
2 eggs.
cocoa 4 tablespoons.
baking powder 1/2 teaspoon.
form 12 cm in diameter.
microwave for 5-7 minutes.
chocolate 50 grams + milk 50 ml.
very tender and delicious pie, bon appetit.

Tips for baking in the oven and adding flavors: I baked mine in the muffin tray (with paper liners, half-full) for around 13 minutes at 200 C (400 F). I preheated the oven with the bottom heating on; when I put the cupcakes in, I switched it to no lower heat. At around 10 minutes, I poked the biggest cupcake with a toothpick. It was almost dry, so I turned the oven off and left them in for 3 more minutes in the hot oven. I made four flavors: one plain (as in the base recipe), one with cinnamon, one with chopped cashew nuts (you can use other nuts), and one with orange zest (I peeled a few pieces off with a vegetable peeler, then chopped them finely; you can use a zester but I don't have one). Orange zest is the winner! How to add these easily: poor the batter into your muffin liners, then add spices/nuts/zest to individual cupcakes and mix gently (the flavorings can burn if left on top). I think these are the best slightly cooled off but still warm. If you eat dairy, you can eat these cupcakes with plain yogurt or sour cream, it pairs pretty well. You can: spread the yogurt on top as frosting, cut the cupcake in half and spread it in the middle, crumble your cupcake into a bowl of yogurt, etc. If you want to add some sweetness, I suggest adding some honey or maple syrup to baked (!) cupcakes. Adding them directly to the batter can make it too wet. For what it is, it's amazing! Of course, it is not exactly the same as a traditional cake but it's perfect if you are craving something sweet on a diet. Baking it as cupcakes ads a fun factor.

I made this for my family and they think it's better than the chocolate bomb puddings you can get at the supermarket (which can also be microwaved). My chocolate sauce didn't turn out quite as glistening as yours though but they loved it anyway. I just tried this and it works! It is like magic--a healthy cake. I made it for breakfast, cutting the recipe in half and putting it in a mug. It took 2 minutes in the microwave. I skipped the frosting to save calories. It tastes like chocolate cake with no hint of banana. This is amazing. Does any food scientist know why this works? Banana+egg=cake? Wow.

На 2 банана достаточно 2,5 стол. ложки какао. Я сделала по Вашему рецепту с 4мя ложками. Подруга делала с 2,5 ложками. У неё мне больше понравилось. Мой был немного горьковат. А так тортик очень понравился, спасибо! Я ещё в тесто добавляла грецкие орехи. :)

Well I'm not a baking expert, so I will defer to others with more experience. I can see how the bananas provide some binding starch, but I didn't think it would be enough without the gluten / bread protein from flour.
