Sugarfree Strawberry Pie
Baked pie crust, or graham cracker crust
3-4 cups fresh sliced strawberries
1 small (0.8 oz) Cook & Serve vanilla pudding (I use sugarfree)
1 small (0.30 oz) sugarfree strawberry jello
2 cups water
Mix Cook & Serve vanilla pudding with the water and cook until mixture comes to a boil & thickens. Remove from heat & stir in the jello powder & stir until jello is dissolved. Pour sliced strawberries into prepared pie crust. Pour pudding/jello mixture over berries and cool to room temperature. Then place in refrigerator until completely chilled. Top with cool whip or serve each piece with spray whipped cream on top!
