You would have to find a low sodium gravy mix (or use a low sodium cream of mushroom soup) and regulate the spices.

That's a real quick way to enjoy home cooked spaghetti and meatballs and I make it at home myself using the brand HOME COOKED frozen meatballs, Angel hair or Ziti pasta and sauce from my local ITALIAN deli that is way better than jarred sauce.......I'm not a fan of short spaghetti as LYDIA BASTANIVICH says : Do not break or add oil to your pasta.....It's a NO-NO.....I can see why you did it and if that's the way you do it, It's fine with me and probably LYDIA too.......Make it the way you like to make it is the best way......Chow from NORM..

Made this tonight, it tasted great but I cooked it for 35 min initially and did the 10 min uncovered...the time should be longer as my shells were not done enough. They were a little over Al dente but edible. Next time I'll cook it maybe and hour and see how it turns out.
