Sir I was 107 kilo after doing keto one meal a day and 2 times a week 1 meal keto in 48 hrs my weight is not moving down at 95 kg. I eat zero carbs and meal also is very small. I am doing it from 2 years. Can you give me reason of not having weight loss. I have even done fasting for 3-10 days . Diet or compliance is no issue. I never cheat on Keto. Kindly tell what is reason I never eat junk food or extra meal. All people in my family eat many times more than me and are in good health.
