The Band's "Chest Fever" was chosen as one of the two cover songs on the 1970 debut album from B3-virtuoso Jerry Corbetta's Denver-based group Sugarloaf.

Who knew ??? Still like Three Dog Nights rendition best. This one's reminiscent of Steppenwolf. Much thanks to Robbie Robertson and The Band for such a classic song. Happy 2023 Everyone !!!!!

Never heard an instrumental version of Chest Fever. Excellent. Ace audio quality too!

I always thought Sugar Loaf was an ok group. They did a super job on Chest Fever.

Fascinating. Chest Fever infused with 70-ish movie soundtrack vibes.

Interesting instrumental version. Music back in the day of Hammond organs rocking out!

Thanks for uploading! I've always loved green eyed lady and don't call us we'll call you. So I thought "these two songs are great, they must have other good ones." And I must say I am not disappointed. I really dig this. Great sound quality too!

Still like TDN better. Even better than The Band. Jimmy Greenspoon, RIP, was a B3 virtuoso. Check out TDN's "Fire Eater". Most underrated, underappreciated B3 song ever. Jon Lord was a virtuoso, as is Booker T. RIP Robbie.

Great instrumental cover of The Band's original, but I miss the vocals.
