Don't think twice about having your dental work done! Dental health is so important, especially as one gets older. I got Invisalign at 57, now I'm 64, and it's one of the best things I've ever done. I'm fully convinced I would have lost several teeth by now. My teeth were overcrowded which made them very difficult to clean properly. Good health is vital for a long life.❤

Yes, people don't realise how bad teeth gives you bad health, especially people with bad hearts!! Cleaning every day is an easy way to maintain good dental health, and i can't believe how many people don't even do that!!

I also had Invisalign on top and bottom at 56. Like you I had crowns and a bridge. The Invisalign worked wonderful. I’m 73 and it was one of the best things I ever did.

Getting old is such a pain. I'm an bit older than you, 68, and it's always something. My hip bothers me, arthritis, I just had surgery on my foot for a bunion, and I just got diagnosed with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, BPPV, which makes you dizzy when you go from laying to sitting or vice versa. I'm supposed to go to a specialist for it but I'm still recovering from my foot surgery so it will have to wait. I never noticed anything about your teeth. I think you look perfect! ❤ BTW I love your vlogs 😊

I've had a lot of dental work done , especially when I was in my late teens early 20's. I had severe overcrowding and had to have my jaws broken, bone removed, jaws realignment and wired closed for 10 weeks. Cure for my terrible migraine problem as my bite was off. Had braced top & bottom throughout and my braces were used to wire my jaws in place. It was a lot - just before I got married as well. However, I am so grateful to have gone through it as my migraine are gone, my jaws are right and the crowding eased. Worth it all. Most important for me was having a good relationship with my dentist and trusting him to do his job well. No regrets here. I've spent many hours in the dentist chair so recommend ear pods and soothing music. Wish u the best on your journey and know your smile is always fabulous ♡♡♡

Hi Nisha, I. have the same problem with my ears. My ENT determined that a fungus can grow in the ear since mine were dry ,itchy and sometimes painful. I was given a cream for the dryness and an ear antibiotic for the fungus. It can affect anyone. So make sure your ears are dry after showering and washing your hair. Also if using hairspray cover your ears. This should help!

Nisha I had braces at the Age of 50. The BEST thing I had done in a long time. The funny part was going for the adjustments and cleanings. I'd sit in the dentist chair while the 8 year old next to me was getting his braces put on. No regrets here!!! Do it you won't regret it.

Hi Nisha. I have had a real history with my teeth which happened in my 30’s. My actual teeth were absolutely fine but the front one fell out! I was shocked but my dentist told me that the jaw bone was not supporting the teeth and I had to have a bridge fitted for the front 6 teeth to strengthen them. Later, the back teeth became loose also which resulted in my having to have top dentures in my early 40’s. I was traumatised as I was still relatively young and had looked after my teeth since I was a child with regular check ups every 6 months. Having to wait nearly 2 months for my new teeth was awful but now I’m fine and a visit to the dentist doesn’t make me nervous at all ! Any decent dentist these days has such up to date equipment and I would say- go for it if the end result brings you happiness.❤️😁

Nisha, first off you are beautiful! Secondly, it’s how you feel about your teeth. In my experience, I had wanted veneers for years. My front teeth were not great and I hid my smile. I waited because I felt guilty spending the money on myself. I finally got to a place in my life where I put myself as a priority and decided to go for it. I haven’t regretted it at all. I smile and laugh without giving it a thought. Procedure itself took 3 appointments, was given temporary veneers which actually looked nice too. Also note, I HATE GOING TO THE DENTIST..but I do have a great dentist who was understanding of my concerns and phobias lol. So, do what would make you happy! Best of luck 😃😬❤️

Hi Nisha - That is quite a big decision! A person's teeth is a big part of their look. If changing your teeth will give you more confidence and make you happy then why not. I wish there was a teeth whitener that worked really well - as I think that would be a huge help for so many people, including me, but the ones I have tried don't seem to have great results. Getting new veneers, etc. would be magnificent. You will look like a movie star! I can't wait to hear all about it. I am also looking forward to hearing how your new eyelash serum works! I started Invisiligners last year at 67 years old. I have another few months to go. Had my 68th birthday January 12th. We’re never too old to feel better about ourselves. I just didn't realise it could be only in the ears. I know dentistry is super expensive.. especially here in NZ. I hope you can decide on something you're happy with, but I think you're stunning as you are. To me, your teeth suit you and are interesting. (I hope that makes sense.) I always notice teeth when people talk, because I had braces as a child. I had no idea people some times commented negatively towards your teeth. How mean is that, and I don't think you should take any notice of them because you are beautiful as you are. You're very artistic and I'm sure your crafts will turn out gorgeous. Hi Nisha, I don’t usually comment, but I have a family member who had her teeth redone and she is our age, she is thrilled and has more confidence then ever now and her teeth weren’t that bad. The way she looks at same as I, you only live once so why not get your teeth done if it will make you feel good and great that is all that matters. Yes it’s expensive but still if you can afford it go for it ! I’m thrilled for you but I’m not sure on the 5 hour much, I think hers was 3 hours twice then 2 hours on first appointment and her mouth is very tiny like yours and our youngest daughter. Hi Nisha, I also suffer from itchy ears so I am always scratching them. I finally went to a specialist and he prescribed me cortisone ear drops. There is a small amount of cortisone but when dropped in my ears I feel instant relief. I have tried a cream but the drops work much better. I guess the drops go right into the ear canal. I use only when needed. Hope you get yours sorted.

You are never too old for anything...I was 30 years old when I got my braces. I had to have an expander bracketed to my upper teeth before I got my braces on. The expander was to widen my pallet to correct my bite. I had to turn this expander everyday for over 2 years. To this day, I still have my retainer wires on top and bottom. At over 60 now, it was one of the best decisions I ever made in my life. Don't think about age, cost or anything else. Go for it. Do it for you. I love your dress and coat. I got braces on my bottom teeth when I was in my middle 40s. It won't change your bite. It just makes your teeth straight. It is so worth it. I would get a second opinion.

I was recently quoted 50 thousand for upper & lower permanent teeth. I have damage due to radiation from NH Lymphoma. I went for a second opinion with an oral cancer dentist and thank god I did. He told me I can’t have that type of denture because the radiation destroyed my jaw. If I had not went to him I could have lost my whole jaw. I’m going to do nothing until I loose front teeth, you can’t see my missing teeth in the back. I’m too scared now to mess with it until I have to. Your teeth look fine, I never even noticed them.

Ears - I also had/have itchy ears but it’s under control since my Dr prescribed Mometasone Furoate ointment. If I have an issue, I just dab a little on a cotton swab and it’s under control. Rarely have to use now but I always carry when I travel.

Nisha I think you should talk to your Cosmetic Dentist and have a second opinion. Teeth are so important to us and we as woman love to have a beautiful smile. I invested in veneers many years ago on the top and I love them. My dentist bleached out my bottom teeth to make them whiter as well to match the top. I just would suggest that you go a shade lighter on the top teeth but not too white as they don’t look as nice and they stand out too much. A cosmetic dentist will show you different colours of white to match you up. He may even be able to photograph your teeth now and show you what they will look like. They can even make the veneers a little smaller if you wish to change your front teeth. I had the top 6 in the front done as you see those more and had the points on my eye teeth covered with veneers and now the teeth look smooth and lined up perfectly. You will love the results. Happy Sunday, i have a big overbite on my upper teeth, i got bullied as a kid and had remarks on it. To fix it i would need to go for a big surgery. I got comment on invisalign which for me would not correct the function of my mouth but just be aesthetic with lots of money to pay. I’m 54 years old happily married and my overbite doesn’t define my beauty and the person i am. They don’t bother me so if people are bothered by them, well its their problems, not mine. Hi Nisha, I have crowns on my upper teeth too. And I need to have them changed out with new ones. Honestly I woke up this morning thinking about my teeth, and I thought why don't I just have them pulled and have all implants. Lol....the cost is stopping me! Love your outfit, the dress is so pretty on you! I'm going to order a red light therapy glove for my hand. The surgery on my right hand took a lot out of me. I have lost some weight, a pant size. Aww. Nisha, I had the exact same situation with my teeth. I was 19 when I got my top 6 teeth capped all because a dentist botched my front 2 by drilling them by mistake. My caps are now needing replaced but I’m terrified. I hate when I see people that have had their teeth done and all you see when you look at them is teeth and it looks like their teeth are too big for their mouth. Myleene Klass springs to mind. You can see her having to try and navigate her teeth when she talks. I then think well if the dentist they celebrities go to can get it so wrong then what chance have I got 😂😂😂. I’m so undecided. Sometimes the grass isn’t always greener on the other side, and I might be better sticking with what I’ve got. I’ll see how you go first I think 😂😂 xxx

I did Invisalign in my late 50’s. I was so happy I did because it straightened out a crooked tooth in front that made me self conscious whenever I did a full smile. Important note: when finished, wear your retainer FAITHFULLY!

I have always admired beautiful, straight teeth. My teeth weren't awful but they were overcrowded and I was always self conscious about them. I finally started Invisalign at the ripe age of 58 and am so happy I did it! Treatment took a long time and at the age of 61 I have straight teeth!! I know my situation is less complex than yours, but I understand how you feel. If you can do it or if the practitioner thinks you are a good candidate, do it! I think you would be so happy. Nisha I have a list of things I’d like to do…but I procrastinate 😂. I will tell you 10 years ago I had veneers done on my upper teeth…16 teeth. I had an amazing woman dentist who did a great job. It is pricey then it was 1000$ a tooth. If it makes you feel better you do it. You are so beautiful and I love your luncheon outfit ! Hope your ears get better soon.

I’m experiencing a fairly quick shift in the placement of my bottom teeth since last October. I’m 54 and next month I’m going to the Dentist to discuss what can be done, in some ways I’m dreading it because of the cost and worried about if I can’t afford it because one of my bottom teeth is making my lip sore and I keep getting a little ulcer. I’ll have to wait and see what she says on the day but it’s so sad our teeth sometimes move the older we get.

Nisha, you are funny telling everyone not to look at your mouth! I think it’s fine. I don’t think anybody really noticed! But I’m the same way when you looking to do some work on yourself or some particular clothing you always feel guilty if it’s a little more than you anticipated! But I think you will be very happy after it is all done and yes, you have to think about it for a while, but I know, that you think about it and feel bad will finally end up doing it. And you’ll be so much happier! Always enjoy your videos! You are gorgeous as you are but if getting your teeth fixed makes you happy then go for it! I don’t think you’ll regret it. I am a teeth grinder at night and my top teeth were getting thin on the edges and they started chipping off. I had crowns put on and my teeth were kinda grey so with the crowns I have white teeth! And don’t feel bad about spending that much on your teeth…your teeth and gum health are important! Loved your outfit…that dress looks amazing on you and I agree you needed the sunglassses! I have several top crowns on the sides and none on the bottom, which I had replaced, so I whitened all my teeth and had them match the crowns to the new whiter color. Maybe that's an option for you? Then don't worry about straightening or correcting anything else? Overall just whitening your teeth makes a lot of difference.

Nisha , I had very short lashes and real hooded eyes so when I applied mascara you couldn't even see my lashes ....anyway I did some research and tried castor oil and rosemary essential oil in a mascara tube applied morning and night ....I now have long lashes and can wear mascara now and you can see them over my hooded eyes ...its amazing and very very cheap 😊❤

Try not to feel guilty about having your teeth done Nisha. I got new crowns and a bridge several years ago, my previous crowns on top were 38 years old, and a miracle they lasted that long. Yours will eventuality start giving you problems like mine did. It is a big decision, and especially since your lowers need attention too. It won’t be fun, but in the end you’ll be glad you went through it, and you should be set for life. I originally got my crowns to straighten my teeth also, instead of braces. Glad you got your ear checked out, and doing better. I have a fear a Drs also, and put things off. It’s called white coat syndrome here in the U.S. Just love that sweater dress on you ! 🥰 PS A tip for your dental work. Ask your dentist to give you extra dental cement when you have your temporary crowns. I had mine come off several times, and it may be just me with the way my mouth & teeth are, but I was so glad I had that extra glue. They can tell you how to use it, it’s easy. You won’t have the convince of popping in to have him do it, since he’s in London. Maybe your primary dentist could help if you have any problems with the temporaries also.

I had iuds (coils) for many years until my doctor told me I had too much scar tissue there now and would never conceive. I did conceive, and the pregnancy was ectopic. It nearly erupted whilst on a flight from the UK to Vancouver, Canada. If it had actually erupted on the flight I would have died! The surgery to remove it was a drag. Re dental, the root in one of my root canals (upper front tooth) got a crack and the tooth had to be removed. It has been nearly three years and a series of bone grafts (three different materials) to finally achieve a graft stable enough to support an implant. A bridge was not possible as the adjacent teeth were already bridges! The “flipper” was worn for aesthetics but had to be removed to eat. Can you imagine how that has affected my social life? Good luck with all your issues. You are still beautiful! Dental work in Mexico is quite popular and affordable. Cheers!

I honestly never noticed anything weird about your teeth. I just don't focus on individual body parts except looking into one's eyes. But I understand all you're talking about. My Jan. ( and Sept. thru Dec.) has been like yours. Doctors, teeth, then my car, etc. I love that greenery. I might try that next month. I love that dress on you. You looked so lovely going out to lunch. Because I'm retired and now have so many health problems, I don't socialize like I used to. My besties are like me too so I just seldom dress up anymore. My mom always had this gorgeous gap between her top teeth. After having all her children get braces, she got her own and fixed it. Ugh. I love that gap! I get it. I always have gotten compliments on my teeth. I’ve had braces, but no crowns, veneers, etc.

Many cosmetic orthodonts/dentists are concerned with aesthetics but aren't especially qualified in maintaining the longevity of the teeth remaining in the jaw... i.e the movement and treatments that can cause roots to die and teeth to fall out later in life... I highly recommend Harpenden Orthodontics in Herts. They were absolutely brilliant. I wanted "perfection" but I was a complicated case and they did what they could without harming the future health of my teeth. I get so many compliments on how my teeth look thanks to the work they did! and I'm so happy .. I also know my teeth aren't going to fall out at some point. They're stable ❤

Hi Nisha, This is Dana from Texas. I have eczema in my ears as well. It started about 5-6 years ago. I thought because I live in Texas, it was the humid weather.😒 Both ears get itchy and flaky inside. My Dr. prescribed me a steroid cream, Mometasone Furoate Cream 0.1%. It says to use 2x a day when ears start itching. Then stop when over. Also, my teeth have shifted over the years. I have 2 bridges, crowns etc. I figure at my age, I more important issues to worry about,right? Whomever mentioned your teeth should should STOP! I am grateful I still have teeth.You need not fret, you look like a million dollars. ❤❤❤❤

When I had problems with my ears, the practice nurse said I should think about using ear plugs when I wash my hair in the shower, stops shampoo and too much water getting in your ears. Plus make sure you really dry ears by gentle blow with hairdryer. It has helped.

Hi Nisha, I’ve purchase Temu faux florals and they were a real mixed bunch. Some were fine, others very hard plastic and scratchy, and very unnatural looking. I’d rather pay more and get some decent ones from Amazon or shop bought where you can at least feel them. BTW, I loved your pale lilac jumper. Had Invisalign on my bottom teeth this year. Have crowns in the back. I only had them for the 7 week quick treatment. What I hate is now having to wear the retainers every night to hold things in place. Makes my mouth very dry at night and disrupts my sleep

Hi Nisha, please check your shoes for arch support. Once I have switched to proper shoes with arch support (or at lease insoles with quite firm arch support) my hip ache stopped completely as well as my knee pain is under control meaning almost gone.

You could try putting mineral oil on a q-tip ear swab and gently swabbing your canals to help with dryness and itchiness.

I really enjoy your videos, as I said previously you are so real and down to earth. If getting new crowns makes you feel better then do it. If your bottom teeth are health don’t worry about them being crooked!! We are not perfect…. There’s perfection in imperfection ❤ I’m 69 and my perfectly healthy four 4 front teeth had worn down so much I had to have crowns. They are so good these days, honestly you can’t tell they are crowns as they down put metal in the front ones. The first step was to whiten all my teeth so they could match the colour as like you my bottom teeth are healthy. live in Australia and the cost was about AU$8,000 but worth it as it has saved my teeth. Seriously you are so attractive don’t worry about negative comments!!

Nisha, I never noticed anything was wrong with your teeth. It must be something that you would have to zoom in on for people to see it. Your beautiful but you do what makes you feel better. I don't like to show my teeth because they are stained yellow from heavy coffee drinking. I probably would only bleach them if I had a special event to go to. I don't think bleaching is too great for one's enamel if done regularly. Plus, I would just stain my teeth again in no time because I LOVE COFFEE more than I care about the stained teeth.😁 When I smile, I do not show my teeth.
