Everyone outside of the main antagonists of the Arena games have a passive-aggressive moniker attached to them. Yu = “The Sister-Complex Kingpin of Steel” Yosuke = “Captain Ressentiment” Chie = It’s meant to be “The Carnivore who’s Discarded Womanhood”, but she’s really unhappy with it so the game calls her “A Spunky Dragon with Deadly Legs” instead. Yukiko = "The Unconquerable Snow Black” Kanji = “The Bloodcurdling Beefcake Emperor” Naoto = “The 2000-IQ Killjoy Detective” Teddie = “The Beast in Heat” Rise = “The Scandalous Superstar Idol” Labrys = “The Steel Student Council President”

The first one is Backside of TV but if you mean the track that plays when Yosuke talks to General Teddie, it's called "The Arena (Stage version)" from the P4A ost. And the very last one is called "Omen" from P4.
