I got a used Gibson LP and it came with a Suhr Doug Aldrich. I then bought 3 more to replace in other guitars. It really is the perfect bridge pickup for a Les Paul

The Aldrich also kicks ass in superstrat type guitars. It's amazing my 87 Kramer with a Floyd Rose. After my friend installed the Aldrich in my Kramer, he said he couldn't stop playing it. The Aldrich RULES!

Killer tone! Anything special going on with the electronics? Modern or 50's wiring? .022 caps? Just curious, Thanks!

I think I’m gonna put one of these in my MIJ Les Paul copy. Usually have a Godwood and Dimarzio Fortitude in my other 2. But I’m craving something with more output

The Aldrich is a great pickup. It has become one of my "go to" pickups for sure. I have them loaded in five of my eight electrics.

Sounds mean dude. Which pick up sounds warmer to play leads up on the neck the Aldrich or SSV +. The SSV plus on other demos has too much high end, it’s hard to tell onl ine. Thanks man. Againn the Aldrich sounds mean in this demo

The Aldrich neck has a butterier tone when soloing high on the neck. It is creamy and fat.

Still digging these? Thoughts on the neck p/u? About to throw some of these in a PRS Tremonti SE

Still love them. They are in five of my seven guitars. I dig the Aldrich neck pickup. That or the Duncan Slash or Duncan 59N.

@@JoelDucote thanks for the reply…I have an aiiPro neck that I’m contemplating trying with it or just go with the full Aldrich set. Thoughts?

@@MrShane5150 if you have the pickup, try it. I have an A2P in one of my Charvels. It’s a good pickup.
