Great amp. I have basically the same rig, although I swapped out the recommended V30 for a G12M25. The 1x12 Suhr cabinet is excellent. Lots of thump for a small cabinet. Thanks for sharing the demo.

Enjoyable vid. You seem very personable. Suggestion is to improve audio. Impossible to evaluate the tones. I have the Suhr Bella as my pedal.platform. as a gear head I am in the quandary of buying $300 pedals or putting the money into amps that have have unique overdrive tones. One one side overdrive pedals take up less space, you can stack them, very portable and just fun buying new ones as they are much less $ than a good amp. On the other side the amp overdrive does sound better. good problem to have.

Thanks for the kind words - much appreciated! I do sometimes go back and forth between the pedals + clean amp approach and the crank the amp approach - hence this video. I almost always end up going back to cranking the amp. That’s how I’m currently running the Badger, in fact. I need to do a “rig rundown” vid to show how I’m using the Boss pedal to do some cool tricks with the single channel amp setup. Still, a good od pedal - or three! - works well with both clean and dirty amps, so that’s win-win! 😎
