I've tried one of their amps personally but if they are on the level of their guitars and other gear, they must be superb!

Oh, and I need an S-style guitar, really thinking it will be a Suhr Classic S, so hopefully GC will start carrying their guitars soon!🙏

Are you guys going to start carrying the reverb version? I would’ve already bought mine from you, but I’m waiting on that one.

Good demo. Had one in this head & cab combination for almost two years now: I like it even more now, than I did when I purchased it. Beautiful cleans, killer dirt, stunning trem & (perhaps surprisingly) a great pedal platform. Also, it records beautifully.

Love this amp!!! I have had an Hombre in combo form and recently bought the head cabinet enclosure so I could switch back and forth if I wanted to sit on different cabinets. The internal combo speaker is nice when mic'd up but I find (as with most small cabinet combos) gets a little boxy sounding in a room. Where this amp really shines for me is through a 4x12 cab. I use it through a 16 ohm Marshall cab and the bottom end is amazingly tight and doesn't get flubby even when cranked up. It is quite loud however perfect volume for playing with a live drummer. Set the volume at 12:00 at edge of breakup then put a boost, overdrive and delay in front and it is absolutely glorious. I can't say enough good things about this amp. Highly recommend it. Goes from beautiful Fender style cleans to ZZ Top tones. Sounds great with Les Paul to Tele. The tremolo is icing on the cake. Worth every penny, in fact very reasonable price for such a great sounding amp.

Sounds great. Nice amp.

good amp, but loud as hell. Plus the two Hombre amps that I tested here in Switzerland, had the volume knob noise. Hey Suhr, are you fixing that on such an expensive amp?

Sounds great! LOVE the Tremelo. Had a ‘61 Fender Tremolux…18w, bass & treble EQ stack, tube biased tremelo, head and closed back cabinet (1x12), Blonde Tolex, Oxblood Grill. Amazing bell like clean tones and breakup that started around 4/5 and just got more saturated as you turned up. The Hombre is very similar? But, that Fender was magic…still regret selling it 😢

Beautiful tones, beautiful demo very interested in the amplifier now I am getting ready to trade in a Marshall studio jubilee combo and I was looking for something new and exciting. Had considered getting a badger but now that I’ve heard this and with Friedman just coming out with the IRX and IRD petals, I ordered both of those can help. I love Friedman. These would work great with that amplifier you’re playing and that would be a nice stage rig for me rather than me using my Friedman amplifier to my Friedman pedals lol thanks again truly I am really more of a Clapton enthusiast so I can certainly get those and this app. Sounds like it can deliver with a little bit of help some pretty nice sounds maybe lol 1:40

But will it SURF?!?!
@ashbody34996 ай бұрын
I have one. It will definitely do surf (An outboard tank or pedal is obviously required).

Super sterile and hi-fi sounding to my ears, but some people like that. Sorry, not a fan.

Yep. Is this supposed to sound like an old Fender?!
