why even use ice hound? just use normal hound instead. saves 10 space + 25k delex

Ice hound saves a freeze spell and when used right is OP. But yes you can do it with 3 normal hounds if you want to save DE.

Cause in the end, everyone can decide what attack to use. Using rr all the time is pretty boring, why not switch it up and have some fun trying something else
