What happened to IFC and Sundance Channel? I had both when I was living in Queens NY in the early 2000s and both were commercial-free during the movies, it was great! Saw that documentary and also Downtown 81 (this song ends the movie over the credits) which I had never seen before. Now they're horrible channels with nothing BUT commercials!! Horrid.

It really bummed me out too but if it turns more people on to their music then it's fine. Punk has been around so long that it's practically classic rock at this point and the band definitely earned their stripes in their day so we can't exactly accuse them of selling out now. Alan's been gone for a few years and Martin is certainly getting up there so if he needs some money to retire and settle down I won't hold it against him.
