Suicide Ideation AKA "in a bad place"

I'm guessing that most folks do not say much when they experience suicidal ideation. I think hinting at it takes many cryptic forms. In the places I haunt I think it usually takes the form of...
"I'm in a bad place"
Certainly it can be disguised as "I am not okay" and the more common "I'm fine"
The closer you get to sharing the truth, the better, and I applaud the folks posting up "I'm in a bad place." Asking for help takes strength!
