I love how Suicide Silence always walked that fine line of life being so fucking worthless, but being so goddamn precious at the very same time. It's apathy and care defined, the duality that pushes humanity. And Mitch understood that no matter how it happened, we'd all just die. And no matter how you looked at it, life meant something, whether that could be taken positively or negatively. I admit, when I was in high school and I heard you passed, Mitch, I thought it was pretty daft in and of itself. But I can never deny the true beauty and appreciation for life your songs really had.
