Big video game channels were doing spoiler heavy videos like a week after the game came out. Watched them, didn't care because I knew i was never going to play it. Kind of got the vibe the content creators knew we didn't care either. Says a lot about the game.

The fact that they are using the Alternate Universe plot line dissolves any "bold" decision they made with taking out the JL. I mean even now the Jonkler is back proves their financial cowardice.

Yeah I had such similar thoughts about this game- it starts off pretty strong and I think the gameplay remains fun, but after Green Lantern's death it just keeps going downhill and I was so checked out by the time I beat Brainiac. I think Avengers is a way better game purely based on its singleplayer campaign and the issue with its DLC was the pace at which it came out. If Suicide Squad can follow the path set by Avengers and just pump out stuff more often, it might not be a complete shitshow. Also, there's a strong theory that the Justice League we killed were clones and subsequent seasons will see you rescuing the real heroes. We can only hope...

To call this game a hate crime is not an exaggeration.... Empty gameplay. Repetative, souless mission structure. A lazy and tired mess that manages to simotanously be wayh to depeddant and disrepctful of the source material.
