You know seeing someone just treat another human good, and the pain that others can go through makes me well up a bit. It's good that you the Sikhs are there for other people, nobody talks about year on year those who asphyxiate them selves out of despair, and what Institutional practises there are for people like that to stop them from even considering such an act. how many of those in positions of Power/leadership/management care about the quality of life of those living in deprived areas or those with next to nothing, to increase the welfare of those at the bottom, even for the homeless, why not offer places where they can have solo shelters etc where they can be safe, have a roof over their head etc? and offer opportunities for people to get qualified in different things etc so that they can get back on their feet etc. the Rich get Richer whilst the Poor lose what they need, Greed/mistreatment and corruption that harms others spreads in a lot of places unfortunately. I may not be Sikh, but I recognise Sikhi/Khalsa as being a force for good, Langar, free food for all is a great example. god bless you all anyway, love this channel, have learned a lot about Sikhi through it over the years, have a lot of respect for you all from this non punjabi guy, makes me happy seeing you tell others about it despite me not being from Punjab I know It is a religion with a great set of overall values & great treatment of others.

God bless you both of you brothers. Very inspiring story and good talk. I my self chant Va-He-Gu-Ru daily and it heals me from any amount of emotional or physical pain and stress. At one point in life even I thought about suicide (ashamed to mention this because suicide is wrong) but thank God I got out of that depression and wrong mentality and found hope. Waheguru eleviate our suffering. 🙏🏻

You are never alone. And most definitely not hopeless. Mistakes happen, but I would take a lesson from our history, if you're in need of kirpa, do something to earn it. Do your paath in the morning, evening and night; this will keep your mind off of things. Kirat Karo, work hard so you do not have the time to be bored and do bad actions. 🙏🏽🙏🏽

Kaam is difficult to deal with, don't beat yourself up so much that it affects your Sikhi. Drive away from Kaam, but also if you do indulge, don't let it drive you away from being closer to god

Ok real talk, it may be difficult for you but this is the only and only solution. I have been there. Give yourself to Guru sahib ji. Do ardaas saying please guru sahib ji save me. I wanna become your son. Im fed up doing this that, however you are feeling from inside. No one can save us from kaam, krodh these 5 vikaars, only and only guru sahib ji. Also if possible start going into sangat where waheguru simran happens… It will change your life brother. Also take amrit as soon as possible, because when you become guru sahib ji’s son. Guru sahib ji always keep their hand on our head. Benti parvaan krna ji. Bhul chuk maaf 🙏
