The developer spend more budget on this suikoden than any other suikoden game just to ended up as "the most least demanding game of the series".

The quality speaking, this game is far more better and have serious works compared to any other suikoden game, the problem is the story kinda weird and world background is too different and hard to swallow. The gameplay itself is not really exciting considering the polished 3D graphic that they use.

I agree,pixel art is the best choice for suikoden,mixing 2D sprites with 3D environments and maybe like octopath traveler but with less color contrast
