Bad Voice Acting? Yes. The Worst? Not even close. It just that main character talk really fast. Here's a small sample
If I had the patience to play this game again, I think I could fit all of his voice clip in one video.

Gotta admit, the fact they had most of the story cutscenes fully voiced in a tiny DS cartridge is rather ambitious, and this isn't the worst voice acting ever...now that sound compression that makes it seem like they are talking through a shower of microphone feedback however...

I sort of like his voice, he does the emotions well in my opinion. Besides you have to admit the voice matches his character A LOT. Zenoa even mentions how he's rather immature for the Tenkai star.

For those that don't know, his voice is like that because of compression needed to fit his dialogue within the cartridge. You'll notice it because it is only Sieg's VA that sounds that fast.

lol his voice is really distracting at the beginning of the game, but you eventually get used to it. Don't let Motormouth turn you off on this game, it's a great Suikoden and far superior to 3 and 4.

Wish this guy voiced the english naruto shippuden dub, his lines were sped up to fit on the cartridge, but if you watch the cutscenes, he can do stellar screams too. This guy stopped acting a while back, hope he’s doing well, he could be doing hella english dub work if he came back to it.

that's a shame, its a great game and his voice acting does slow down later. Although ppl might annoying the dubs sometimes, they do give a lot of personality to the characters. I found myself gradually growing on the characters while the story constantly kept me engaged. :)

IT"S OKAY. Sieg basically stopped taking sugar later on in the game (actually, very late). So his speech (somewhat) slows down to the point where babies aren't tempting to smack his face with a rattle. ...At least in my opinion, anyways.
