The trap's design flaw (other than being a bit obvious) would be solved if she moved those trap doors down a bit or used any non-full/transparent block to prevent the player from moving to the blocks the chest is on.

yes this. i have 1 in my own private server. the scale is quite massive if you include sorting. is ok to afk the server and it doesnt lag but theres alot of material and structure involve.

You can make gold farms that don't require going on the nether roof, but they're so much more effort(and dangerous) to make that it probably puts off any of the members that have looked into said designs.

They're already allowed going to the roof. But they're not allowed to building farms that might be caused lagging, for example is gold farm and wood farm.

Pekora made a portal goldfarm but they turned it off. Probably due to lag.

@@shaoran1026 They open that farm again after that, and still able to use that farm now (but gold isn't that necessary in minecraft so no one really use it except Polka who just love to collect gold). You still can build an efficacy gold farm without go to the roof, just find a large lava sea and build gold farm there to get a decent amount of gold (not 100% efficiency as the roof but 70% is doable), however at current version you can't trade quartz for gold anyway.
