Well Usaken might be a scary company. But the payroll is definitely right there. Akukin on the other hand have lesser salary. But at least you will be relaxed to build something on your own pace. Miko's demon lord army is more like a theater plaything rather than a construction company. Siranui Ken is more on exploration and expedition. So as long as you don't get lost easily then you'll be just fine. But if you are, then just always stick to Flare-chan then you'll be fine. Oozaru Ken is... well.. let's just leave them on their own business for now.

Shike Kensetsu sounds so deadly, but it's actually a very quiet, enjoyable place to be. It also have a clearest management, with Heavenly King in place. Aqkinn Kensetsu. The CEO is cute cat-ear idol pro gamer maid, somewhat clumsy but had experience building complex mechanism before. She's also mostly gone, and the base is maintained by Mio-mama? Shuba-ken is small business doing landmark building. Usada Kensetsu is pure yabai. The smartest and the craziest gather there. They're the final boss.

From what i heard, she didn't take good care of her throat and would always go all out in her singing and talking and so her doctor has told her to rest her throat and so she is speaking in her most relaxed state which would be her natural voice as seen here
