When and where did you try and contact us? Customer service and response time is very important to us and I'd like to know any time there's a missed opportunity. I'm sorry about that. I'm terms of discounts, I think you will find that our pricing is already super competitive compared to equivalent custom suits. In fact I would say we're the best value top to bottom. That being said, we typically have one sale per year, also you're to apply for our Sponsored Riders program. We open the application period every October 1 to 31st. -Rob
