Aérospatiale/BAC Concorde Description The Aérospatiale/BAC Concorde is a British-French supersonic passenger airliner for up to 128 passengers which first flew in 1969 and retired in 2003. With a cruise speed of twice the speed of sound (Mach 2.02) she could fly from New York to London in just 3.5 hours and flew as high as 60,000ft. Boeing 787-10 Description The Boeing 787, also known as the Dreamliner, is a modern wide-body aircraft that has been in use by various airlines since 2011. To reduce weight, many components were made of composite materials. With a non-stop flight of 19,835 km and a circumnavigation of the earth within 42h 27m, the Dreamliner has set or improved two records in the 200-250 ton weight class.
