I've been following Suitcase Monkey for about 2 years now and I can say your travel videos are hands down the best! Most youtube travelling vloggers are like making a documentary or something but you and chiki makes us or at least me feel as if I'm travelling along with 2 friends. Really love the experience from watching your videos, the camaraderie and connectedness, it's just so real. Glad that we share the same feeling when being around historical landmarks where we kind of "feel" history. I find that preperation can make or break a trip so I would be interested to hear how you research and plan a trip. What sites do you use for accomodation, restaurants etc. And how one decides a budget.

Hey there. To be honest I have no secret trick. Combination of Google maps, Trip Advisor, booking.com and general Google searches and KZbin searches is pretty much about it! Depending on how complex the trip, there may be a Note or a spreadsheet being made as well. 😀

Thanks for the videos - have very much enjoyed your Japan trip vlogs, letting me vicariously re-live our own Japan trips. Have you ever been to see any pro wrestling whilst in Japan? We have seen NJPW and Dragon Gate at Korakuen Hall in Tokyo, and I highly recommend it as it's a very different experience from going to a western wrestling show.

Thanks for letting me know. This is something I hear across KZbin quite often so I curious to check something. Usually, the most common reason why this wont happen, is because you may have set the notification within KZbin, but notifications aren't enabled within the settings of your phone?
