@@lynwessel2471 Exactly! I thought the same thing. The guitar opening gave me chills then soon I could see they would add dynamic pauses and rests in places that were just odd. It didn't improve it to me. It was very good and better than I could ever do. But for cover versions "Josh Turner Guitar" has done the best so far followed by "Foxes and Fossils" because they stayed true to the original. JMO

05:34 Lacy lilting lyric...not lady. Minor point, no big deal. My band, many years ago, was playing after dinner for a large group of Shriners and their wives. It’s too bad they were all sober, since a slightly inebriated state may have dulled their attention when I went completely blank in the middle of a song. 😂 Couldn’t recall one word!
