Coming from a freaking Vtuber of all things, this may very well be one of the most progressive and forward-thinking pop songs to come out of the 21st-century so far. Hakushi Hasegawa is some kind of genius maverick that I still can't comprehend is just into his twenties.

SAME it actually hurts to see such talent when i myself want to be a musician and he's basically my age being amazing at it already. He's a huge inspiration for me, I want to make something of his caliber some day

Why progressing¿
@sinkdemon5813 Жыл бұрын
@@m.r.1089 i think rhythmically, melodically and harmony-wise this is more interesting and in-depth than a lot of pop songs. I may be wrong but i feel like pop is inherently industrialised and formuleic, though that isn't all of what pop is. Hence, more complicated stuff and experimenting is maybe out of the question (tho that has changed and pop has always had experimental outliers.)

@@sinkdemon5813 Oh yeah totally! I first thought you were talking about the lyrics
She's really channeling Chara and Kahimi Karie here and it's so good. I can't get enough of this...

Hakushi Hasegawa is such an insanely talented producer making equally insane music, I absolutely love it, & KAF is perfect for a song like this! Amazing MV as well, this is all extraordinary!

he seems to be drawing inspirating from so many different sources, like you can hear early electronica influences, especially breakbeat, and you can hear more adventerous jazzy avant-garde influences, and it's still catchy enough to be pop. I'm so glad he wrote a song for KAF, I would not have found him otherwise anytimes soon, he reminds me of so many of my favourites from different genres while still being unique. Amazing stuff.
I really love how unique this song is...it feels a little unsettling, unlike most songs I've heard before. The animations are great too and fit the chaotic song perfectly

The producer, Hakushi Hasegawa, was actually part of Porter's first Secret Sky Festival
Love it so much! Hakushi Hasegawa-san is also very talented in making music. Sounds scary but fascinating at the same time! especially in 1:34, the art also fit really well, and KAF-chan delivered it so beautifully~ Amazing!

Well this is weird… in a good way. I don’t really like it at first but the more i listen to this the more i get attached to this song. The mv’s also really abstract which made this even better.
